This eliminates the necessity of there being someone in accounts payable available or having a check or credit card information when a delivery is made or product is picked up at our facility. Our credit account customers also have the flexibility to “go paperless” and have their monthly statements emailed to their computer or smartphone in lieu of the standard mailed copy. Asheville Oil Company offers our commercial and construction customers the service of automatic or keep fill deliveries of fuels and/or lubricants and related products. We can either set the deliveries on a regular schedule like weekly or monthly or can check inventories and schedule deliveries based upon agreed to inventory levels. In some cases, electronic monitoring of tank levels is available with internet access to monitor the inventory levels on a daily basis. Through our affiliation with our suppliers and their training and technical support programs, Asheville Oil Company offers product recommendations based upon equipment, operating conditions and economics. We can also provide services such as training, equipment charting and storage and handling recommendations to assist our customers in deriving maximum benefits from our products. We also have available several product sampling programs which can help extend equipment and product life through early detection of problems such as wear or product oxidation.
